How does news monitoring work?
The power of Mandy is that you can define very specific searches. Once you have defined a search query, it will continue to monitor the latest news. That way you are always informed. You can have the articles sent to you by e-mail or view them in Mandy itself.
Criteria on which you can define searches are your own keywords (or exclude specific keywords), categories, countries and regions, language of the article, type of article and selected sources. So no superfluous information, but exactly what you are looking for. Our tagging and AI algorithms allow you to monitor markets and spot trends early.
How long does it take before I can use Mandy?
What sources do you use?
Within Mandy, we use over 800 online and offline sources, including trade journals, newspapers, magazines, internet sites, and rss feeds. We make summaries from industry and trade magazines that are not available online. Within Mandy we do not (yet) use video, TV or radio sources.
Can I share searches?
If you use Mandy Corporate or Custom, you can also share searches with each other. Your Account administrator can create different groups and within these groups predefined queries can be shared with each other. As a user you can decide for yourself whether you want to monitor a predefined search or not.
How do templates work?
Templates give the possibility to search specifically and to create higher quality articles with the Content Creator. Is there a specific topic you would like information about? Then we recommend using Templates. For example:
As a company you want to find specific information about a customer. With a template it is possible to load the company profile of a customer and specify the products of a customer, certain areas of interest and people.
How do I create a group?
Can I send newsletters?
With a Mandy Custom subscription you have the option to send newsletters. You can then add users who only receive newsletters and do not have access to the Mandy system. You can automatically send the newsletter based on a search. The recipients can unsubscribe themselves if desired.
How can I research historical data?
If you are looking for specific information about a specific subject in a specific time for market research, you can easily use our Research options. You can make your search very specific based on criteria and you will immediately see the results. This makes it possible to optimize your search. With our archive of more than 10 years of business information about the Dutch market, you have a wealth of information at your disposal. If you want to monitor the search, you can easily save the input criteria with the ‘Save as’ button. The search will then end up in your Monitor list.
How can I create my own content?
By adding links or texts to the content creator yourself
By selecting articles from the monitor and using them as input for the Content creation.
Articles are created from these sources by means of our AI Algorithms. You can revise and save these yourself. Our SEO functionality shows what the focus words are and how they are used.
How does the Editor Desk work?
Can I share my own created articles?
If you use Mandy Corporate or Mandy Custom, you can also share created articles with each other. Your Account administrator can create different groups. You can share articles within these groups. This way you can work together on 1 article and stay informed of each other’s work.
What are Mandy Specials?
To provide a complete overview of certain developments in the market, our Editor Desk makes a Mandy Special once or twice a month. Topics covered include Banking, More efficient business operations & Trends, Nearshoring (small volume production), Cybersecurity and Robotization in hospitals.
Will I get help working with Mandy?
Our aim is to make Mandy as user-friendly and intuitive as possible, so that you can use Mandy without tutorials or training. We answer frequently asked questions on this page. If you still can’t figure it out or if you need a short demonstration of the options, you can always contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org.

How does the 1 week free work?
You can try Mandy for free for 1 week. You will then have access for 7 days with the Mandy Basic subscription.
After submitting your details you will receive an email with login details. If you decide to take out a subscription after the trial period or if you have any questions, please contact us. Within those 7 days we will also contact you to ask if you want to convert the trial period to a subscription. If you don’t want a subscription after the trial period, you don’t have to do anything. Your access to Mandy will then be automatically terminated.
